It would take a quiet space
safe as a vault
to open up and lay bare
stories within the library
and when is there time for that?
as it seems we are always chasing it.
And in all honesty who even wants
to hear about any of it?
We are all main characters
in our one-sided plots
And everyone else
deals with their own lot
No one is looking at others
except me. I wonder. I care. A lot.
