I will not embarrass you 
with words about love
Instead I will simply say:
I am so happy you exist 

in the world that I do 

not as simple

She works with what she learns

She tries not to be a fool

She knows you are in control

Of everything you do

Exactly what she means

Life has taught her she has to act

A way that is acceptable and pristine

running

i’m running,

maybe one day i’ll get there

look behind me
