in the itty bitty
brings a feeling
so warm and giddy
the tiny details
the colors and feel
critters in the wind
with wings so little
all at work
always moving
they flow in life
their routine soothing
so industrious
so persistent and brave
they gather their food
and they come back again
If I am patient
and I wait
they are consistent
they are never late
they teach me much
in all they are doing
how not to give up
and how to keep going
and how to praise Jah
for the love he keeps showing.
